HESTEGO s. r. o. is specialized in the development and production of protective components for machine tools, especially telescopic covers, wiper systems, cable carriers and many others.
In engineering field it also provides complex service for the supplies of customer-tailored components (products) utilizing cutting, chipping, flexing, welding, grinding and varnishing technologies.

HESTEGO s.r.o. offers its machinery to other firms with a similar production programme for the purpose of cooperation
Painting line
Free capacities for coating on commercial base – up to 600 m2/shift.
Maximum size of parts to be coated: 3000 × 1700 × 700 (l × h × w)

Sheet metal cutting and punching on CNC centers
- Top punching, forming and laser cutting technology.
- Maximum size: 5 000 x 1 500 mm
- Machining accuracy: ± 0,1 mm
Sheet metal flexing on folding brakes.
- Maximum moulding force: 2 400 kN
- Maximum bending length: 5 100 mm
- Positioning accuracy: ± 0,05 mm
